The right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness is everyone's constitutional right. If this includes a 23 million dollar paycheck, then all the power to them. This also includes those who disagree with such a paycheck, because they also have a right to compete against those with whom they disagree. We all have a right to come up with a better product. Although as for now Wal Mart is on top of it's game but, eventually it will fall as do all successful retailers.
