I don't especially enjoy it, but I'll show them off when asked.

I don't especially enjoy it, it's just that I can't really help it. So much of my skin is scarred, it's "Show off my scars" or never wear short sleeves again. Once in a blue moon though, I'll admit, I do get the morbid little urge to freak someone out with my scars their, er... Freakiness. Mostly though, no.

Two of mine come with funny stories. So, yeah.

Meh, not really. Being the daredevil of my group I have a surprisingly small amount of scars. I only have two I think.

The ones that I am proud of.

Well yeah, I was just chilling at a lake and all of the sudden, a bear starts getting all up in my business. So I go up to it and I'm all like "Hey bear! Get outta here!" And it was all like "No I'm gonna eat you!" And I was like "How you gonna eat me when you're dead bitch!?!?" We started fighting. So, we're wrestling on the ground right? And Chuck Norris shows up and he says, "What are you doing!?!? That's my bear you're fighting! And I said, "Oh no!" And the bear said, "Oh no! And Chuck Norris said, "Oh no! And the koolaid pitcher guy poped up and said, "Oh yeah!" all randomly. Anyway, Chuck Norris picks my up by the back of my neck and throws me into a vat of acid. Luckily, I was wearing my acid proof checkered Volcom shorts. So I fall in the vat of acid and some acid splashed up and killed the bear. Chuck Norris screamed "No!!!!!!! I loved you Bear!!!!! I will avenge you!!!!!" He turned toward me. Just before he jumped up to apply a roundhouse kick to my face I said, "Wait! Is this what Bear would have wanted?" And Chuck Norris grumbled, "No. But I still have to do something about it." He suggested that he run paper across the corners of my mouth to give me an uncomfortable paper cut. And I said I was cool with that. So I have these tiny odd little red dots on the corners of my mouth. :D

Enjoy? Not really...but I have no problem showing my scars. Most of them are small (and I have a lot as I'm a klutz and I have cats). The only really "big" one I have is from my hysterectomy. No wearing bikinis for me! LOL!

If people ask to see them and they are not on a body part that is impolite to show in public. Here's my offering from surgery I had on my broken leg in February:

..as in "have I told you about my operation"? No..I enjoy keeping such things private. Old people love to talk about their operations, their scars, their aches and pains as if everyone wants to know! No one cares! It's boring to listen to a litany of such "statistics"! :)

The only scar that I have is a c-section scar and the only people to ever see it are my DR and my husband.

Yes, I show off my vaginal brick-cut scar whenever I get the opportunity.

i had surgery on both my knees so whenever i wear shorts they show. & sometimes i do show my scars off for a good reason : to witness to other people how God heals in different ways! & one way is through doctors that require sugery.
