My dad is sometimes verbally abusive to my mom, even behind her back. I hate hearing it. I just ignore it and comfort my mom when they have arguments. My dad always sees her faults, but never his own. He's a hopeless case, what else can I do for my mom?

It sounds like you're doing a lot for your mother. I'm sorry that you're in such a difficult position. There is not much else you can do, except maybe suggest she seek professional help as well (if this is necessary). Just remember that she is the "responsible adult" in this situation. It is not your duty to fix it. The fact that you're supportive and loving is more than enough, and is absolutely wonderful. She's lucky to have you. :)
