What arguments can you assemble to support your view, whether you think that nature is more important than nurture in human development or vice versa?

the way I see it, nature provides the ingredients, and society uses them as it sees fit. if I really had to choose one over the other I'd say nurture, the reason being that a certain behavior patterns seem to be equally evident in those who were born into it and those who were adopted into it. the only evident difference would stem from the fact the those adopted into it might be seen as outsiders, which again, is a "Nurture" effect. I know of no specific studies which confirm my opinion. and I'm not expecting any to be published any soon. that said, society can't prepare anything nature didn't provide ingredients for, violence lust and selfishness can be curbed by society, but never culled. we're smart animals, but animals nonetheless. hope this wasn't too long I'm new at this :)
