  • Oh i dont know, i suppose the more the better, if you get over say 10, thats a bonus :)
  • In a 9 box one. Then 3 in a row of nine.
  • The harder the better for me. So not many numbers revealed to start with is good. For me to enjoy a good puzzle I like to have to use my brain (otherwise it's not a puzzle). The ones they have in the paper (even the hard ones) I find too easy. I like a challenge and when I do them it is usually from a book and I will do only the hardest and pass on the rest to my Mum who is slowly getting the hang of them :) I have also used a website in the past (which I've lost the link for) that had instead of the usual 9 block grid of 3x3's they also had 16 grid 4x4 and 25 grid 5x5.
  • If a 9 x9 sudoku has no more than 25 given numbers, it's worth doing. More than that and it's too easy. Less than that and you're probably going to need a "what if?" guess part-way through.
  • 25, that would present a real challenge.
  • Well I just started doing sudoku puzzles so I am still on the easy ones but, I like the ones with little amount of numbers.
  • For Those who like a challenge, I have a different Sudoku, made by a Dutch puzzle maker. In below diagram, besides the normal Sudoku rules, you now also have to put the numbers 1 to 9 in both diagonals. There are only 15 numbers given. Have fun.
  • I like about 23/24 numbers. More than that is too easy. Less is almost impossible...
