  • Willpower is overrated. Put yourself in a position that you don't need as much willpower. Here are some things that can help: 1) eat whole grain foods and other foods with a healthy amount of fiber. This will help you feel full. 2) when you eat, try to get some protein. Again this will help you feel full. 3) drink a lot of water during the day. sometimes our hunger is partially driven by thirst 4) try to get bad foods out of your home. You can't eat them if you don't have them. Stay positive
  • If you are fat then I must be obese :( I am 5'4 and over 150
  • The best thing I can recommend to you is that you got to your doctor and ask to be put on adapax or phentermine. I started taking adapax and I lost 7 lbs in the first week. Also try doing a high protein diet, I gaurantee you will see results immediately.

  • I have gone from a size 16 to a size 6 and have kept it off for 40 years. Like you,I did not know how to do it. Here is my secret. Eat right, stay away from diets, read food labels and exercise every day. It could be walking, running, sports, or hula hooping. Anything to raise your metabolism. Once your metabolism is up higher, the weight will come off and stay off, as long as you stick with some exercise. If you are watching TV, do 5 leg lifts, tomorrow do 6 leg lifts and 2 squats, and keep increasing slowly; if you are walking, try going a bit faster or a bit farther every week. Challenge yourself, and be proud of reaching your goals. The only 'diet' I would recommend is Weight Watchers; it teaches how to eat right for a lifetime. Good luck, you can do it.
