No, they can't even balance a budget, I wouldn't want something as big as the feds deciding who and how tings were run, think about evrything coming from Washington for your mental health? Most people in Washington ARE mental...no thank you.

Fed govt can't handle what it's got now. Bad thing. Let them figure out border control and budget deficits before considering anything more.

At this point, I wouldn't trust the American government to effectively open a bag of cheetos let alone pull someone out of sucidal depression.

Can you imagine if you were made to register with the government as someone who is suicidal or had a history of depression or mental illness...? Not only would it be invasion of privacy, but it would in all likelihood lead to all kinds of screening, opportunities denied, tracking of doctor and treatment history, and so on, not to mention unqualified and incompetent people being put in positions that they have no business being put in...
