Once u get the appraisal on the home you are attempting to purchase. How many days does it take to hear back from the lenders underwritter on whether or not the house is yours?

you paid for the appraisal report and you are entitle to get a copy of such in 2 to 3 days after the inspection...same with lender 2 to 3 days for them to get the report and 2 to 5 days for them to review this report and object to it or ask any questions that they may have....if everything is good on the appraisal report REMEMBER there may be other issues still pending to be verify like employment,banks resports,taxes reports,or any information summitted on the application...soo appraisal report usually is a 4 days period for lender to raise any issues..if you havent got a respond back...call your loan rep and push for a direct answer from lender or tell them you are goind somewhere else...REMEMBER THEY WORK FOR YOU!!! and you are entitle to be on the loop good luck...
