If it's funny, yes. If all it is is swearing and sex references, then no. Example: Eddie Murphy is funny, and Raw had me rolling. Andrew 'Dice' Clay is disgusting and is just not funny. He swears a lot, sure, and throws that 'F' word around like a Frisbee, but there is no content in which to make one laugh.

My older brother Gerry told an offensive Amish joke the other day. Something about rubber cheese wheels, a parrot, and sodomy. I didn't laugh but the Amish guys he told it to did. They said something like, "Deise shiz-uh ist lustig," which translates to "Gerry is weird, but his sister sure is hot." They're 1/2 right: Gerry IS weird (and a genius), but Vonda is ugly as leather.
