In the metaphorical sense, when I AB, I guess it's plastic (like a credit card). Let me explain what I mean. The person asking the question is like the credit card user who makes a purchase. The question answerer is like the credit card company who issued out the card and paid the vendor (AB) for your purchase (question). Then, it's the job of the borrower (the person asking the question) to pay back the credit card company (the answerer) with either points or a comment or both. And so the cycle goes.
