I don't know why, but I'll tell you what I do. I answer the question and submit it, then I go back into the answer and upload the video or photo. Shouldn't have to do it that way, I know, but it's more reliable.

I used to have the same problem. Here's what you should do 1. Click upload image 2. Click browse and select a picture 3. Click browse and wait for the page to load 4. Click submit That should work
