Help answer this question below.

I take 2 a day fish oil tablets as thats what it says on the container but should i be taking more?? as u mentioned taking 10 in one of ur articles about belly fat?

The ones I have say to take up to three a day with meals. Don't overdo!

Follow the advice on the container.
More is not always better - plus it will be very costly to keep up that level of intake.
Only go over the label limits if you have a doctor or health professionals individual advice.

I take 3 a day. You should always follow the instructions, it depends on the amounts that are in them mine are Fish oil 1000mg which contains 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA. I can take 1-3 daily.
