  • Depending on what state you live it, it was not just wrong but rape.
  • As a 23 y/o, you should have known better. You risked your future (if you get put on a sexual offender list) and even your freedom if the state you reside has a low age requirement for statutory rape. Also, even if she were willing, regret or other psychological factors may play on here in the days or weeks to come (maybe you considered it "fun," while she thought "relationship"), that makes her report you or claim rape. You better grow up and start thinking with the big head on your shoulders. You aren't in HS anymore.
  • You are adult, but the innocent girl only 16 years old,she is just a little girl, she knows nothing about sex, but everything happened, there is no signficance to judge it is right or wrong any more.
  • Well hopefully it wasnt illegal in your area. Some states have the age of consent at 18.
  • it absolutely was wrong. At your age, you should know that a 16-year-old girl is not for you to "take." In my state, the age of consent is 16, but that still doesn't make this right.
  • Wrong??? It was statutory RAPE. You are supposed to know better. And if anything results from it, you could easily be looking at prison time. Where YOU will be the 'girl'. If you're only 23, somebody in there's gonna have some real good sex with you. That's a good thing, right?
  • So...where were the two of you--for her to even be ABLE to walk in on you watching porn?? Wrong?? Are you serious?? Would you consider your future new inmate "boyfriend", popping your "a**hole cherry"--wrong? You'd better hope that this "16-year-old" doesn't talk alot!!!
  • In response to some of the other answers here (don't get mad at me or anything), but in many places 16 is the legal age to consent to sex, so it wouldn't be rape, statutory or otherwise. Now I don't know the circumstances of these 2 people and exactly what happened (other than what was stated), etc, but I wouldn't say it was wrong 'right off the bat' until I knew more. If she was a naive virgin and he took advantage of her, sweet talked her, etc, then just pushed her aside after the sex and she felt violated, then yes I'd say it's wrong. But then again, she could have had lots of experience and put the moves on him first. (just because she said she never saw a porn before doesn't mean it's true, some girls can use that as a come-on tactic). So I don't think people should automatically jump to the wrong conclusions without all the info. PS: 9 years ago, a friend of mine who was 16 hooked up with a 24 year old...they're now married and have a son. And PPS: I hope protection was used in the ABer's instance.
  • hm, that's illegal in California. Where are you from? Do you enjoy anal sex? Because if you get caught, you're going to prison, even if it wasn't rape
  • Sure, she was just 16.
  • Depends on the country you are from...now that you FINALLY got some...stop asking so many sex questions...Jeez.
  • Yes, it was wrong.
