i would be a lot more likely to be rewarded by my own good deeds and quicker to learn how not to be such a bad guy. total lawlessness is not needed just law that is well defined and known by all ie ten commandments or maybe 20 or 30 but having too many for the people not to be able to inform themselves without years of study just keeps us on a downward spiral
