  • Eat all the junk you like!! fast food is great! it'll come out so fast you won't know what hit you - but work away.... It aint called fat food for nuttin.... ;-) Naw - seriously, stick to the crackers. Wait till you can enjoy the food you like!
  • When my stomach gets to bothering me like that and I feel like I'm gonna puke every time I eat something I find that an order of plain french fries works to settle my stomach. I don't know if it soaks up the acid in my stomach or what exactly, but I know it works for me.
  • Sounds like your body is craving salt maybe from being dehydrated. I would not recommend the junk though, I would make scrambled eggs and toast and a sport drink to boost the electrolytes, and replace sodium.
  • The best diet for this type of ailment is called the BRAT diet: Bananas Rice Applesauce Toast And, as Cog said, you need to drink water or sports drinks with electolytes (such as Gatorade,) because you are most likely dehydrated. That would make you crave salty junk. I hope you feel better soon.
