Do men or women have it easier in dating? Guys usually have to take the initial risks, don't understand how women think, and might often spend more money, but women are held to higher physical standards and have to deal with a lot more weirdos.

Actually, that first part is becoming less and less common. These days, women have to take the first. I hate it. What's a woman to do? I don't think one sex has it easier than the other. Men and women have different advantages, as well as disadvantages. It depends more on who you are, where you are, and what's going wrong with your life. For me, it's hard. I've dropped out of the race.

Meh, I think it's about equal. I don't really see dating as difficult or anything though. I ask a girl out, if she wants to go out, we go out, if not, meh, whatever.

Women have it a lot easier in my opinion. As most guys are drawn to the physicality of a woman, all a girl has to be is average looking or above (and I know that's vague) and she is innundated with guys! They may not be the guys for her but she does have the options! Also, a lot of guys, if they are horny, will go for anything. I don't include myself in that but I see it happen every week! it's quite sad. Even a great looking guy does not get hit on 247 whereas a hot woman has to deal with being chatted up all day every day! Also, as gus, we have to have so much together to even get a look in! The competition for guys is enormous!My ex girlfriend sat in front of me and told me she needed perfection!Well, that isn't me and it certainly wasn't her either! That's the kind of attitude I come across a lot. Although maybe that is my fault through the choices I make.
