  • I am not sure what will happen to Turkey but i think the law is a violation of freedom and a backwards step. It will probably have the opposite effect of what they wanted to achieve.
  • If the law says "the women don't have to if they choose not" it's okay..but if it says "the women are not allowed" than it's bullsh*t. I think that people should be allowed religious expression, especially on a college campus since they are clearly old enough to make decisions on their own. To force someone to not be able to practice is oppression, but to give them the choice is a liberating concept. I hope it all plays out peacefully

  • It is the tendency of humans to oppose whatever is imposed on them. This latest ruling will result in a backlash. This can set back Turkey's plans to join the European system, which would be a great pity for Turkey has really taken leaps and bounds to bring itself on par with the foremost of European countries.
