You can't. At least not by any usual means. If you have the CDs, just re-rip them in iTunes. Otherwise, you're probably stuck. Microsoft's protection scheme is harsher than Apple's, so you probably can't burn the protected tracks to CD (doesn't cost anything to try, though; use Windows Media Player for that operation). There are programs out there that can capture sound data from your sound card; you can play the track in Media Player and record an unprotected copy in such a capture program. Or you can just download new copies of the songs (either from the iTunes Music Store or from one of the illegal networks).
