    Some states have lemon laws, so you'd have to check if your state has that. Otherwise, you're pretty much stuck with it. Check the paperwork you signed and see if there's anything in there that could help you get them to fix this stuff. I'd also call the dealership and complain to the manager in a nice way and see if he/she can help. If you can't get satisfaction this way, sometimes newspapers or TV stations have consumer advocates that will help.
