I would say Celine Dion. I have NO IDEA why everyone hates and jokes on her, her voice is PHENOMENAL and versatile. I also think Mariah Carey has a very powerful voice and great range. Sometimes she gets on my nerves with the vocal cartwheels, but she has undeniable talent. She should stop doing these weird pop songs that don't show off her voice.
