When you were a small kid, did you ever see someone eating something that looked good which made you hungry? Did you find out what it was and get to try it yourself?

That's a great question, it got me thinking, and yes, that did happen once. I saw a kid at school eating a pomegranate, and was quite fascinated by that. I just *had* to have one, and I carried on about it for some time before my mother found some at the grocer's. She'd never heard of them, so it took a while. Now my son is crazy about them, ever since he saw me eating one.

I saw my parents eating olives... and I ate nearly a jar of them. I'm surprised I didn't become ill.

omg yes when i was a little girl in pre k there was this girl i really really liked on day she broght something in to school it smelled soo good she said it was something her gram makes for her it was some kind of sweet bread i really dont remeber the real name of it i can ask her later when she gets off work but back to the story i asked her for a piece and she was going to give me some when this boy named richard curry came and snached it from her hand we were so mad but latter i found out she was the family moving in behind me so i went over there every day and her gram mad some for us so that was my story i dont even know why i remember it
