  • That you want to be an actress.
  • Honesty is the best policy. If you are goal-oriented put goal-oriented, reliability says alot, cause emplyers want someone who is reliable. Dependability is another good one, I guess that is very much similar though. I would say goal-oriented if you are , reliable, dependable, motivated, etc. I can go on with others as they would depend on age . Just be honest and speak the truth and tell them keywors which describe you and make you a qualified applicant. Alot of resturants also like flexibilty someone who can work on weekends and holidays is a major factor, when they see flexibilty and dependability they are highly noticed. Lots of luck again.
  • My last answer was a joke. But seriously, you should just tell them that you have very good customer service skills, and you enjoy a job that requires you being on your feet.
  • I say do not speak of any goals that you are thinking of in the long run- the restaurant people will not hire you because you just told them that you will quit them someday to be an actress or whatever. And- if you say that you are studying restauant management, today's manager will not hire you so that he will keep you from getting his job. So skills that are definitely not used by a manager should be written in the resume- especially if you want extra hours as a hostess or whatever. Those skills are an extra bonus to a restaurant because you can fill in for somebody else. Maby you can learn some of the skills of other kinds of restaurant jobs so that you can be more valuable to them.
