If the South had won the Civil War in the US do you think slavery would have been eventually quashed anyway?

Yes. Even some of the South didn't want it, but they all pretty much didn't want to be invaded just because they DID still have slavery.

Slavery had NOTHING to do with "white supremecy" it had to do with, plain and simple, MONEY!!! The south as much of the nation, benifited from the horific act of slavery.

Absolutely. Civil rights has come such a long way... from ending slavery, to women voting, equal rights, and now even gay marriage. Civil rights have definitely progressed beyond what anyone would have thought 50 years ago. So yes, I do believe that slavery would have been abolished anyway.
