Damn!!!! I was just thinking about that!!! I just finished watching the first 7 seasons of naruto and I am on the third season of Bleach and I swear I think I know fluint japeneese.

ilol m on the second season of naruto shippuuden the sixth season of bleach the second season of gundam 00 and finished dozens of other anime, and i swear............ i know so many japanese sayings its not even funny

I prefer manga to anime so I haven't watched many subbed, but I'm picking up the odd phrase. I know more japanese from anime than I do spanish from 3 years of school.

lol yea nd the sad part is i can sing most of the opening songs to the series in japanese so im getting pretty good at saying and pronunciation as well lol

No, I've studied Japanese for three years and the Japanese I learned was rather formal, anime tends to use a lot slang and contractions, apart from a few words and phrases, it has not been helpful.
