  • I think you're too young. In another question, you stated that you're only 12 years old! That's a little too young, missy! And at your age, it is slutty! Who are you trying to show it off to?! Hun, you are way too young!

  • Piercing pagoda, the kiosk in the mall where they pierce your ears with guns? If someone there has offered to pierce your navel with a gun, you should get them fired, not yank up your shirt and invite in the infection. Guns are bad, bad, bad, and the makers of them say they shouldn't be used on anything but lobes. I think they should be outlawed. As for your choice, sorry, but it's the choice of your legal guardians to allow you to do this, not your own. Finding someone that will pierce an underage kid and doing it without permission is a good way to get a crooked, non-sterile piercing that at best will heal poorly and slowly, and at worse start a raging infection. Infections can kill you, they're expensive to deal with, infected piercings leave ugly scars. Seriously, you could probably get permission for this before you're 18. But if you do something as stupid as letting some jerk use a piercing gun on your navel, then you don't deserve the privilage. If you want to be seen as responsible enough to get a piercing, you have to act responsibly. And that means saying no to the easy (and uber dangerous) way and start asking what it is you can do to show that you're a good, responsible kid that deserves a reward. You can even turn this to your advantage. When it comes up, tell them you turned down the chance to get a hack-job because you want it done professionally and safely, and you don't want them to lose respect for you. They'd eat it up.
