Windows XP PRO--- On toolbar at the bottom right, it says "you may be victim of software counterfeiting". this after downloading updates. A few icons to the left it say's "updates are ready for your computer, click here to install these updates" WHAT?

Windows XP PRO...AGAIN...... when I start or reboot up comes this ad for Microsoft Software to buy program for $149....I'm afraid to download anything. HELP!!!
