Give me a hint? I'm having a hard time so it is unhealthy, is drugs smoking drinking, do any of the mentioned the people that do them long enough lose the best part of who ever they were and then it doesn't take long to loose every thing that they once cherished. To quit and stop, you must set your self a set of values that you live by, look up to winners not assholes,You don't have to loose every thing to hear the message that your inner happiness is the most important thing for without it a person searches out side themselves for something to make them feel good. and whene they find it in something out side they start feeling lost and short sighted,

I can't imagine such a scenario but my first thought would be to ask someone for help..if I have no willpower then clearly I need someone who is strong to help me through whatever mess I've gotten myself into! :) Happy Sunday! :)

Well I think if someone has no willpower, and they enjoy the relationship/situation they are in despite the unhealthy consequences, that person will never leave the situation because they don't want to. Only when that person feels a glimmer of dissatisfaction with their situation, can the healing process begin. The two most powerful potentially unhealthy situations that come to my mind are relationships and drugs. The strongest emotions of all are attached to both of those situations...love and fear. No one can make you change your life...Hopefully the realization will hit at some point, maybe it will just take a glance in the mirror or maybe an escape from death...but hopefully one day that person will wake up and say, "What am I doing?"
