Why does a super deity need us to praise him? (isnt that kind of vein)

The kind that doesn't exist. Needing praise, (along with anger, wrath, vengeance, displeasure, mercy, etc.) are HUMAN constructions. Feeling these things requires one to be introduced to material unknown to them before. Since the "super deity" knows all, this is counter intuitive. It's all circular reasoning my friend.

God doesn't need anything. The Bible never said that He needs praise. He needs praise like we need a confetti tart. You assumed that. See how people easily assume from what they see? God is praised because believers want to praise Him, for it is due Him. Praise is only as meaningful as we are humbled before Him. False praise is unacceptable to God. Oh yes its spelled vain not vein.

I dig it when the ants in my yard build temples, sacrifice their young, and kneel in worship to me, don't you? When they don't I crush, flood or poison them. :-) .
