The military won't allow suicidal people to join. Can these individuals hide these tendencies during recruitment & training, and wait until battle to perform bold, brazen, and reckless duties then?

Of course they can but there should be a psychological battery that they need to pass in order to get accepted in the first place.

These people are mentally ill and they don't take the mentally ill. Maybe the Taliban would take them.

yes they can hide them. they dont take them because of the pressures during boot camp due to their more willing to kill themselves. there have been people who have hid the symptoms and did end up killing themselves.
