Using independent drives over one partitioned drive is always the way to go if you have the means, I would recommend one 320GB drive Windows XP/Vista (Just Format with NTFS, not WinFS) on the same C:Partition/drive and use the older 160GB drive for Fedora using a boot manager. You do not need to buy any other software to manage the multiple OS'.
