I am considering studying a romantic language. Which do you think is the most romantic language on earth?

To me? English...since that's the only language I can not only communicate in, but communicate well enough to be romantic. Either way, isn't romance in the words spoken and not in the language used? What if the person you are trying to romance has no idea what you are saying?
