About 33 years, a marriage, two kids, a divorce, and another marriage (neither to the crush). Met her in college. We went out a few times, and she's one of my best friends, but nothing more. (At the time, it was her choice.) Wrote some songs she recognized as for/about her, and when I sang them the first time when she was around, she looked at me like, "I know where that came from... You know better...", but we still remained friends. Haven't seen her for years, but get emails from her occasionally.

It started when I was 10 years old, we started dating when I was 11 until I was 13! I still had a crush on him really bad after that. And then when I was 18 we got back together and still are together today and we have a sweet little boy who is 17 months old now!!!

12 years and still counting. We dated back in high school and never really ended our relationship. I moved away and got married, had a daughter and got divorced. I just happen to be looking at cars on Craiglist for my little brother and came upon an ad that was not even close to what I was looking at. Something told me to write down the number and I did. Later that night I called at it was him. We got together that night and have been talking ever since then. Hopefully it will make a great story for our grandkids one day.

Holy crap! I got a DR for being honest? GEEZE! My first wife knew I liked her, and liked her herself. My wife doesn't know her, but I tell her when I get anything from her, and what I say. As I said, I haven't seen her for YEARS (think, like 20+.) What's the freaking problem with that?
