nope^^,and whenever someone is trying to "change"themselves they will ALWAYS fail,it may appear that they have changed but theyre just acting.A persons personality is engraved in their DNA for life,it's useless.

It can help. It is not absolutely necessary, but it can make change a bit easier - especially if one can go back and change ones beliefs about the value of their "why."

It is hard sometime for a person who want to do some changes into their life,but they can rebuild it if they really want to change,like a second chance in life.

Absolutely. Otherwise the behavior will continue. I believe you can't change what you willingly refuse to acknowledge.

To some extent. Knowing the reason for a behavior can be comforting, but insight alone won't help us to know how to change.
