Have you ever stayed in a hotel or townhouse that had the hot / cold cover on in the shower / tub / sink reversed? If yes, how long did it take you to figure it out? Did you freeze or scald yourself?

I had that happen once and I complained to the front desk that my hand got scalded. The manager came to apologize personally and The hotel upgraded me and my girlfriend to a sick suite on one of the top floors! I'm hoping that happens AGAIN!

We had our shower reversed when we moved into the house and got used to it. Then we stayed in a hotel and found one that was correct. I got more cold water than comfortable on me before I got it adjusted. Also, it took some time to figure out it wasn't the hotel's shower, it was my own that was wrong.
