No. Do you know how many people do illegal drugs? That would be ridiculous. Save jails for the pervs and murderers.

I agree with skeeter. Except maybe the "tweekers." They tend to "sin" even more with the use of that devil drug.

No, I think it's the biggest waste of tax-payers money. There are so many people who use street drugs, that it costs far, far too much to pay cops to arrest them, lawyers to represent them, judges to sentence them, jails to house them, doctors/nurses to care for them while in jail, etc. Leave them out of jail, give them a fine if it makes the government happy (more money for them!) and let them live their lives. They can work then, and carry their own weight, and the burdon is lifted from the tax-payer who must support these people if they are in jail.
