I know I have "at least" one left. It was a gift from my Grandfather, many, many years ago, shortly before he passed away. No one will ever get near it! It is a prized possession, and will probably be passed down to one of my children. It's one of the very few things left, that my Grandfather ever held in his hands.

I have a few of them that I have been saving for many years (I also have some $1 silver certificates) I thought I was sitting on a gold mine until I looked it up on the web a couple of days ago. Apparently they aren't worth much over face value :( That's ok though cause I think they are pretty cool to have.

No I do not. And even if I was holding one in my hand I would not *own* it.
Tecnically all money (coins and bills both) belong to the issuing authority, they do not belong to the person holding them (that is why you can get fined for destroying them).
As the person holding the bill you can then transfer it to somebody else to hold, in return for something that is worth 2 dollars.

I have a few of them somewhere...What I have that is very rare are 12 Silver Dollars that came from the first production of the mint in Nevada...The Rich use to go up to Lake Tahoe and skip these silver dollars off a certain part of the lake that is no longer attached to the lake, up North...So, many years back along with other people I would scuba dive and look for these silver coins, I found 12 in my many searches...
