Does God forgive transgressions of which we are ignorant to? What if our transgressions are later realized and we are unable to do anything about them?

Yes. He automatically forgives them. When we take communion we are forgived for all our sins. Those realized and those unrealized. We also can have them forgiven through prayer, for instance, the Lords Prayer. "....Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us..."

It's NEVER too late to ask for forgiveness. I still ask for forgiveness everyday, for things I did when I was young and STUPID! I know He forgives, the 1st time we ask, but I just want Him to know that I haven't forgot how stupid I was!

I am ignorant about the possibility of the existence of God, so I would not elaborate about that one. I am quite sure that this question cannot definitely be antworted without establishing a direct, personal two-way communication with God (if God exists). I think that if you make a transgression of some kind, you will probably get a hint about it some day or other. If not, just forget it. Never let other people culpabilize you.

Which God? The answer to this question requires identifying the deity to which we are referring. Personally, I don't think there is any difference between Deity forgiving and Deity not forgiving, as we earn our own kharma and it is ours regardless.
