You can use a TV but you can also connect a PS2 to your computer. I have found that you will need a special cord. I found an example, although it is expensive, it will work. Yea, you can hook it up to your t.v. (Note: If your using a router so your cpu can be online at the same time that your game is online then it will cause major lag in your online game.)
