I had a "bad back" for years and in an effort to find relief would get cortisone shots..but you can only get so many of them because cortisone has some serious side effects..so I went for Acupuncture..right..you know, the thing with all the needles that everyone tells you is painless? Well, at my first visit the pain was tolerable..my second visit I was in excruciating pain..there was never a third visit. I learned to live with the back pain and over the years it resolved itself! :)

Whenever you get a cut, that stops hurting in a few mins, but because it will scar, we go to the hospital, where they clean it with a Brillo pad, pour iodine all over it, jab a needle full of novacaine in and out of it like 20 times(to numb the pain.....lol), then sew it up like a football, so you can go back in 3 weeks and have them removed, which also feels wierd;)

Yes, I contracted a nasty rash on my feet whilst in Brazil. It took months to find out what it was when I returned home and then another three months to treat it by plastering ointment on my feet three times a day.
