  • "Letters from Iwo Jima". It was told from both the perspective of Japanese soldiers and American soldiers. I also liked the movie "The Rape of Nanking", which deals with the Japanese brutality of civilians in 1937 China. Thousands of Chinese women and children were brutally raped and killed by Japanese soldiers when they invaded Nanking in 1937. The Japanese Imperial army was barbaric. Hello Audiotron. How are you doing my friend? How's your friend coping with that messy Japanese guy in the hotel? Lol.
  • This not an easy question for I have several. I would really like to see Stalingrad but I don't belive that this come across tha ocean in wide release. I must say that my favorites are The thin Red line. I totally liked the movie which alot did not like because they had already seen Saving Private Ryan which was a totally different movie in so much as the direction of the story and the telling of a tale. In Thin red line there was no lack of funds for the production end. The actor list was unbelievable and all star cast right from the get go. Location was a dicotomy of mans soul. Man was given heaven on earth, but man goes to war even in heaven man finds hell. The Wit character was trying to show these mad men that they were in heaven. Blinded by hate man brings with him death destruction and the impossibility of reason. With each small victory man finds that every thing around him is falling apart and with haste he finds more and more efficient ways of killing not only his brother but every thing around him. He turns to his brother gives him a band aid and tells his brother that every thing will be okay. With the enemy defeated madness strikens his soul for man has no where left to go.
