I have a cheap .10 cent charm that means so much to me. It would mean nothing to anyone else unless they had the story to go with it.

I have a penny on a necklace that I never take off. I've been wearing it since 2000. The acids in my skin have stripped away all of the copper, it's silver now. In fact when I tell most people what it is they say "That's a penny?" It means everything to me. It's a reminder that something doesn't need to be expensive to be valuable. =)
