Well, I am sure, he will be on his best behavior so maybe the sentence may be reduced.

I don't know, BUT I'm willing to wager he'll be out in a relatively short period of time - MAYBE less than 2 years. THEN he'll be released AND he'll be on his BEST behavior. Why? Simply because it costs more to keep him in jail than he can actually produce in taxes for the government. Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it!
