Problem solved.
Yeah, you can call your credit card company and put in a claim for unreceived items.
usually it's those kinda companys you have to watch out for but basically what the guy in the first answer said

You're reading What can you do if you order something from a website but the seller never ship you the items you ordered and paid for with credit card? I'm not talking about big company but people with small business that try to sell something online.

Would that really work, I can imagine everybody is doing that even though they received the things they ordered. But what if it's true in my case?

That's a basic protection you get simply by using Visa/MC. If you order an item and don't receive it the by all means do a chargeback. The seller would need to show delivery. If you didn't sign for the delivery then you aren't liable for the charges.

well...the rules are a lil different for check cards....still worth calling BOA tho. Be sure to include the phrase "I was charged for items I didn't receive". You should be able to win this dispute...but you may need to wait for your money until it gets resolved.
