take a look at http://www.allatsea.co.za/oldestships.htm seems to be a pretty good site to get this info. It's definately not the QE2. As the writer says on the website, it's difficult to keep up with alot of the ships and what has happened to them over the years.

It is currently named the Athena and still operates as a cruise ship. Though there are older passenger ships that have not been broken up, they are not operating to commercial schedules and are usually permanently moored. The Athena started as the Stckholm in 1948.
