Hmmmm, im not really a digital scrapbooker. But I think that you may try Scrapbook Max. I dont know how to get to the web page, you do have to pay, but it does have all the things that you requested. Just go to google and type scrapbook max, then choose the first link

look around google and yahoo search for picture frames on their images.... also try www.imikimi.com and look at their frames....I have found lots of ideas using both....
