Oh yes. Right now actually. My boyfriend have been in a long distance relatinships for 6 months and have only broken up twice. I live in Minnesota and he's going to college in Illinois. I know what your going thru and I can tell you this. Long distance relatinships will make things better in many ways. It will strengthen your bond and will keep you guys emotionall connected and in tune with each other. Cuz you only have the phone. And TALKING IS ONE OF THE BEST WAY TO BUILD YOUR RELATIONSHIP. Me and my boyfriend are on the phone for hours and have learned tons of new things bout each other and are that much closer. Communicating is key tho. You need to be willing to take out the time to be with each other every day. If you can do that you'll be amazed how much you feel closer. Plus...when they come back it's that much more special! It's rly magical cuz it's like reuniting so it's an amazing feeling and worth waiting for. My bf is coming home in a few weeks and I'm so excited. Keeps me looking forward to something. Of course...what's bad is the fact that you will miss him. You'll want to touch him physically. And if you don't trust him which I hope you do...you may be worried bout other girls. He may be hanging out with his friends more than you...me and my bf had to talk bout that. The key is this: Expressing you needs and wants. Don't negelect that. Keeping your communicating rly strong!!! Be flexible with each others schedules and be understanding that they have their own life. As long as they include you in it. Me and my bf have beaten the odds, and if your DETERMINED I promise you it will work. On both ends. Stay involved with each others lives. And tho it may be hard...you'll notice the benefits. Just wait. Don't let it go, and you won't lost it.
