I wouldn't let the comment bother you. It was just one comment, from one person. But as for losing weight, swimming can help a lot. Swim laps of the pool a few times a week, and if you stick with it, you should notice a difference.

People can be shits sometimes. Sure, exercise and lose any belly fat that you have, but do it for YOU, not because some nasty person tries to make you feel bad.

Ok, well if you want to lose the fat fast here's what you do: You must eat very very healthy. Lose the chips ad fatty stuff. Start welcoming fruits and veggies. Also, you have to excersize! Excersize like your life depended on it. You should talk to your parents. They can help motivate you!

What a rude, nasty girl! My husband is about 5'8" and weighs 160..and I think hes the best ever. There are plenty of people out there who aren't rude and shallow. If you want to lose a little weight...I would suggest that you join a gym...but don't do it for some nasty little girl who isn't worth a secoond thought...do it only if YOU want to.

Please don't let some mean and nasty girl get to you, that weight for your heighth certainly does not make you fat...if you are worried just start doing some cardio a few times a week.

dont listen to that girl. i get shit from my sister all the time because i'm a little on the hefty side and i'm a vegetarian that works out alot. its harder for some people. just try to eat healthier if you really feel like you need to, but do it to feel better physically, not to look better to some bitch who doesnt deserve the light of day.

Well your weight is your decision, how you feel about yourself should be completely based on your own thoughts not on some loser who has to make other people feel bad to feel good about herself. When I hear this it makes me think that some girls really do need to be hit. This girl was a bitch and I bet she has really low self esteem and that's why she picked on you. However losing weight is not just for show, it will keep you healthy, give better resistance to diseases like diabetes and you will feel better. However don't do it for other people, you don't need to impress anyone.

It should be easy for you. You are still growing and nature will help you along. You can try eating some healthier food and eliminating the unnecessary ones. And definitely increase your activity, whether it's swimming, or exercising or doing manual labor. I don't think you will have much trouble.

cut back on carb food, and change to low GI carb food, this will mean researching what is low GI carb, which is not hard, eat more frequently but smaller meals, exercise, pool, walking, bike and skate boarding.. last one is rest. you at a good age to get lean and the most BF you carry is puppy fat, will be easy to lose with work.. That's totally up to you, this girl inspired you to ask this, let it inspire you to make changes your after. turn her negative into positive. you can do it.

How about changing your diet. 1. No soda 2. No caffiene 3. No Diet Soda or Sugar Free stuff.. ( your body gets all confused) 4. Eat a good breakfast, lil snack, lunch, light dinner 5. No heavy meals past 6PM you don't want a lot of food in your belly when you're sleeping. 6. No TV Get outside and PLAY 7. Play a sport and feel challenged 8.
