Wouldn't it be safer to get an attorney than ask this here? You have major issues that are not going to be solved with a yes or no answer.
This depends on what privileges your state has. Many states (and the federal government) have a spousal privilege that allows her not to testify (but you cannot force her not to testify).
There is also privilege that allows you to prevent your wife from testifying about confidential communications made between you and her during the marriage. But this will not prevent her from testifying about your conduct.
Yes she can if she chooses to but they cannot make her do it. It also depends on if you live in a state that has marital privelege. There are some restrictions though. Your best bet is to ask your lawyer.
Can a mother move her children from Florida if the father lives in Georgia and there is no custody agreement. Divorce papers just filed.

You're reading I am going through a custody battle with my ex girlfriend. My wife of 2 years just filed a divorce on me stating I'm abusive. Can she testify against me for my ex girlfriend while we are still married? *I found outmy wife was running a prostitution ring.
