Yes she can if she chooses to but they cannot make her do it. It also depends on if you live in a state that has marital privelege. There are some restrictions though. Your best bet is to ask your lawyer.

This depends on what privileges your state has. Many states (and the federal government) have a spousal privilege that allows her not to testify (but you cannot force her not to testify). There is also privilege that allows you to prevent your wife from testifying about confidential communications made between you and her during the marriage. But this will not prevent her from testifying about your conduct.
