Bourbon Chicken 35 min | 15 min prep | SERVES 4 Ingredients 2 lbs boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces 1-2 tablespoon olive oil 1 garlic clove, crushed 1/4 teaspoon ginger 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1/4 cup apple juice 1/3 cup light brown sugar 2 tablespoons ketchup 1 tablespoon cider vinegar 1/2 cup water 1/3 cup soy sauce Directions 1Heat oil in a large skillet. 2Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned. 3Remove chicken. 4Add remaining ingredients, heating over medium Heat until well mixed and dissolved. 5Add chicken and bring to a hard boil. 6Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. 7Serve over hot rice and ENJOY.

Dredge & fry Ur Buzzard as normal & drain to the side . Boil up some Rice & add to the frying pan along with a can of "Cream of Chicken Soup". Add Milk to make a thin gravy. Add Fried Chicken back to pan & simmer to reduce. Add Mushrooms cooking just till tender before serving. John

It would be easier if you could tell me what you have for chicken. Is it whole, cut up...boneless? This is an easy on for boneless breats. Seasoned Crusted Chicken Breasts 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 4 egg whites 1 Tbsp. cornstarch Juice of 1 lemon 2 cups dry bread crumbs One quarter cup fresh parsley, chopped 2 tsp. kosher salt One half tsp. ground pepper 1 Tbsp. grated lemon zest One third cup olive oil Pound chicken breasts to one half inch thick. Combine egg whites, cornstarch and lemon juice and mix. In a separate bowl combine breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, pepper and lemon zest and toss. Dredge each chicken breast through egg mixture followed by breadcrumb mixture and saute in olive oil for several minutes on each side until chicken is fully cooked. You could serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes and a veggie.

thanks all of you for the great awnsers they sound good and there actualloy in time, and grammy robin i havent looked at them but i think there breasts but i could cut em up (i couldent comment for some reason)
