i think I have 20-25 at the last count - as well as the english dictionaries, (OED 1951, OED 1981, Samuel Johnson 1870, and a couple of other smaller english dictionaries), there are the foreign language dictionaries - German (3), French (3), Dutch (3), Latin (2), Greek, Russian, Spanish, and 2 copies of the Oxford Etymological Dictionary (ed Onions). Then I have two thesauri, oh, and Black's Medical Dictionary - and I am sure there are another few lying around somewhere *L*
